About

Alexandra is an experienced writer, editor and communications specialist with over 25 years of experience providing professional services across a wide range of sectors.

These include healthcare, higher education and training, employment, small business development, science and technology, financial services, engineering and arts and culture.

Building on her previous experience in health and her passion for this work, Alexandra established Alexandra van Essche Communications in 2015 as a niched health communications consultancy.

Qualifications

Alexandra holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English, History and French, as well as certificates in digital marketing and graphic design.

She has also completed certificates in:

Diabetes Counselling – Diabetes UK and The Open University
Healthy Eating – Harvard Health Publishing

She is currently exploring master’s programmes in social and behavioural change communication to further develop her expertise in health communications.
